I bought my hair for over 350 dollars and after having it for 4 days, it lost it's original form and started to shed and tangle like crazy. I kept it aside and tried contacting customer service to explain my situation and until today I have been going back and forth with them with no help offered at all. Instead they accuse me of having used the hair wrongly. Mind you I have been wearing wig for over 5 years and mostly been ordering from wowafrican as well as even Ali-express and never experienced this. Instead of doing the right thing and admitting there was a fault with the hair they are asking me to pay more money to ship it back to China for them to check it. I have been writing with them for over a week now with no help at all. I am still asking them to do something about this but to no avail. Fair warning to all of you guys. I have made a video reviewing this hair and they will probably block my comments but trust me you won't miss my video. I will make sure every one knows how you have basically stole from me. I just want them to right their wrong.

This hair was truly amazing, very soft and beautiful , I’ll surely order again

Divaswigs communication was great. Hair is soft no smell and really no shedding either. So far I love it! I will be back to purchase more.
