Our stock standard wig is not precolored with 100% density.
If you are ordering a fuller density , please allow us some more days to crochet more hair onto the wig cap to make it as full as what you want.
It takes about 5 working days for 130% density , about 7 working days for 150% density and about 10 working days for 180% density.
If it is a colored wig , color processing time is extra 5 working days more.
Once your order is shipped out , you will receive an tracking notification via email . Shipping time is about 5-7 working days for U.S. and international orders.
We accept return or exchange of the product that is intact . With that being said , if you want to return or exchange a product, please do not cut the lace off or alter the product in anyway . Otherwise , the return or exchange request will not be authorized.

The Best Wig Ever

I love this wig. I ordered the natural black 16in full lace. My stylist highligted the unit for me. I have washed it many times.

This is my first experience in wearing a wig. Love the way so easy to style and go, I purchased the sg086 with natural black.  Received many compliments from friend saying I love your new cut and color. Also my husband loves the curls.

High-quality

I love the quality of the wig I bought from you all 8 months ago. Im still wearing it. I wear it everyday, and sleep in it every night. Of course the ends got thinner bc it was so long, but for the most part it feels good and doesn't tangle too much.  Thank you divaswigs.

Great customer service!!

I am really enjoying my wig. Very stylish, comfortable, fits great. I'm new to wigs so I have to say the price was great and the ordering process quick and easy. I love this style. It just feels like me. No one would suspect it's not my real hair. BUY IT! I look forward to more purchases I future.

The quality is long lasting especially if you care for it often. I have a oval face and I think it compliments it well.  I highly recommend this product and think most people would be happy with its quality and style.  The cap is adjustable, durable and comfortable. Thanks for divaswigs.com

I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found this lovely wig. I ordered curly hair and the curls are wonderful. I want to order another one in dark brown which is my natural hair color. I can't wait to wear this wig.  Thank you Divaswigs.com!!!

hair texture is amazing

The hair texture is awesome. I love the hair texture, it’silky,the feeling of touching it is so soft.Love the curl pattern as well.The customer service suggest me to choose 150% hair density because I told them I like full hair.When I receive the wig,I was pretty much satisfied with it.I also recommended my friend to your company.She likes her wig too and she will write a review on her new wig too.

This is my third curly hair, i had to say, it's so amazing. It looks the same as picture and video and so natural. I had this wig 3 months, just a little tangle, but it's not big problem.

My Go-To Wig!

I absolutely have fallen in love with this wig. Love it love it love it! As for tangles as long as you carefully comb thru it with a correct brush after every use it isn't a problem.The hair length is great and hair texture is also amazing,it looks so natural and beautiful.Ahhhh,girls don't hestitate to buy ,it's reallllly worthwhile.Thanks diva,i will purchase another one sooner!

Good Hair!!!

The customer service is great, they gave me so much advices when I was confused. It’s really help me solving problems. one of my favourite wigs ever from DIVASWIGS .  shipping is fast . hair is soft and full which has lots of volume .  I really love the curl pattern and it is so easy to maintain . I have been keeping it for about 1 month now . no shedding and tangles so far .
