Our stock standard wig is not precolored with 100% density.
If you are ordering a fuller density , please allow us some more days to crochet more hair onto the wig cap to make it as full as what you want.
It takes about 5 working days for 130% density , about 7 working days for 150% density and about 10 working days for 180% density.
If it is a colored wig , color processing time is extra 5 working days more.
Once your order is shipped out , you will receive an tracking notification via email . Shipping time is about 5-7 working days for U.S. and international orders.
We accept return or exchange of the product that is intact . With that being said , if you want to return or exchange a product, please do not cut the lace off or alter the product in anyway . Otherwise , the return or exchange request will not be authorized.

My only problem with the hair is that the units will take 1 week to process. Other than that I really enjoy the cool style and cut.  I have bought quite a few of units from divaswigs.com.  Thanks so much:))

I am very pleased with this wig. I have many wigs and have received the most compliments when I wear this one! I got the blond color and with my own blond hair, it is perfect. I love the bob style and people think it is my own hair {sometimes}! I highly recommend this lovely wig and will order more from divaswigs. Thank you and keep up the good work and styles.....

good quality!!!

Firstly,I love the style of this wig.And then I love the natural black color which make me feel natural to wear.and is very close to my own hair.But as for me ,my hair is short,so I wanna  a wig much longer to wear.In the end,the custom service is really great. You can't miss such perfect collaboration. Who else is hesitate to buy ? I promise you will never get disappointed with this wig.

I have owned a lot of expensive wigs and still could not find one that was right for me. Everything about picture perfect is right and I plan to wear this one only. I love the color choices and am going to try other colors also.

Enjoy this shopping exper

I just received my package,it’s so beautiful and soft.And I paid $5 for “Adult Signature Required” which makes me feel safe.My wig is a stock one, so the processing time of it they told me is up to 7 working days ,and the shipping time is about 2-3 days.I really enjoy this shopping experience.

Good Hair!!!

My real hair is long,I always want a short hair,but I’m just loath to part with cutting my hair.So I thought I can buy a wig.I choose 1B-off black,just the same as the picture.It’s so natural,nobody can tell it’s a wig.All my friends just said it’s good on me . So happy to find your company.

WOW!! Was I excited when I received my wig!!! Because the colors are so beautiful, I was really worried about maybe having to return/exchange it but I was overwhelmed when I opened it! The color was right on too!!! Everyone loves it!!!! . Makes a big difference and makes it look perfect!!

I just received this wig, my first human hair wig experience. I love the feel and the color (IB off black) is very dynamic and I'm pleasantly surprised it looks quite good on me, a real change from the long hair I usually wear. I will place my second order sooner.!!!

a beautiful wig!

This is a beautiful wig! I had very thin hair to begin with! So, I had my hair cut short and researched human hair wigs. The wig is very easy to style . I feel very confident wearing it every day. Feels so great to have hair again! Over all I'm very happy with my purchase! :-)

When I receive this wig it took me just 5minutes to wear it.I just can't believe that it's so easy to wear it. I'm very thin on hair on top of my head. This work out well no need to style shake it and put it on. Excellent. No complaints at all. light weight. love the way it feels. I can style it in different ways and it's very close to my natural color.

Most natural wig

I lose my hair periodically due to an autoimmune condition and/or medications. I was nervous buying this wig, last few wigs I had (about 7 years ago) were a pain to care for and got all dry and frizzy at the back of my neck within days, even with proper care and conditioning. I've had this wig about a week and have had no issues, the lace front looks very natural and my husband, who thought all the photos on the site must be heavily photoshopped (even though they are edited lol), was amazed at how natural it looked and took back what he said about the photos here. I received the wig and it is exactly as pictured here. I will need to have it trimmed a little and figure out a good way to keep it out of my face at work, but I would certainly buy this again, thanks diva

After reading all of the reviews I decided to order this wig. And a few of the pictures helped me make up my mind. I'm very happy with it. It's my first human hair wig and I've had to use a lot of dry shampoo and powder on it to tame the shine and it took me a few days to get used to how swingy it is, but I still really, really like it.All in all, it was a good purchase and I would recommend it.Thanks diva!

I love this wig. It is my first ever and I am so glad I got it. It fits perfectly - I don't even know I have it on. The density  blond color  and cap are perfect for me. No one knows, unless I tell them, that it is a wig.

I took it out of the box, gave it a shake, and smoothed it down. The color is very natural and style is very cute. I have many wigs, and this is my new favorite.
